AT&T no longer supports Original iPhone.

Are you… Are you still using an original iPhone?

Nah, man, we’re not judging, we’re impressed. That ish is 10 years old dude!

But… we have some bad news. AT&T has announced that its 2G wireless network was officially shut down on January 1, 2017, following four years of planning for its discontinuation. Apple made the device obsolete in 2013.

This means that your original first generation iPhone will no longer get cellular service from AT&T. Which means… it’s over, dude.

You can still use it on Wi-Fi though! House phone! Wait… didn’t we used to have something like that? A House phone?
